Gaspari Nutrition MyoFusion Protein!

Myofusion imageOne of my favorite supplement brands, Gaspari, has just released a new protein blend called MyoFusion. MyoFusion is a solid blend of whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, milk protein isolate and egg albumen. It’s just been released on the internet and you can pick it up as low as $38.99 for 5lbs. Let’s have a look at what Gaspari has had to say about MyoFusion:

“Last we checked the typical hardcore, educated athlete using Gaspari Nutrition products is on a 2.5 to 3 hour interval meal schedule, and for this reason MyoFusionTM delivers only the highest and most legitimately bioavailable proteins in existence -hard and fast! Remember that by ingesting quality whey proteins alone, amino acid levels remain in the bloodstream for 4 hours - the first 2.5 to 3 hours of that at potent anti-catabolic, muscle-building levels. Add in egg albumin (the only rival to whey as the greatest bodybuilding protein in the minds of the sport’s elite) and milk protein isolate (80% casein/20% whey) for its longer tail ensuring blood amino acid levels remain high before the next anabolic blast of MyoFusion - and you’ve got the optimal condition for growing muscle the way the pros do. Although there is certainly a plausible argument for ingesting very slow moving proteins before bed in order to maintain blood amino acid levels longer during sleeping hours, for the educated athlete, a hard hitting ultra-bioavailable utility protein for use from morning to night, day in and day out, nothing will grow you like MyoFusionTM.”

I have not had a chance to give MyoFusion a taste test yet, but from what I have read around the forums it’s pretty darn good! I have also included the video of MyoFusion below featuring Rich Gaspari. I always like the videos he does for the products, they seem to cut out the BS and just tell it how it is.

Has anyone tried MyoFusion yet? If you have tried MyoFusion let me know what you think of it by leaving a comment below.

This is probably an old article but I will comment anyways as it came up when google searching the product.

Taste is sweet. First time I had it I didn’t really like it..tasted a bit too chemical (I have vanilla). Now that Im use to it, its not bad. Really like the 80/20 slow/fast protein release concept. Personally I believed having a consistent high level of protein in the system works better than just dumping it all in, in one go. Would have liked some extra goodies to have been thrown in (BCAAs).

    Hi..

I have never used Myofusion, so before taking, I wanted to confirm if it leads to weight or fat gain by any chance. Can someone please confirm asap.

    Thanks
    Anil

    Hi Anil,

Anything you intake, except water, is bound to increase your weight. It’s now the overall weight gain that you need to consider but what kind of weight gain it is - fat or muscles. Since you will be consuming a lot of protein, you will definitely gain weight, but more due to muscle gain than fat. And yes, you HAVE to workout. Sitting on a couch and consuming tons of any protein will not help you become muscular :D.

    Thanks,
    Dhaivat

Jaspreet, if you read the label it will break down when you “should” take it. I only take as a post work-out, but it depends on your goal. Mine in weight loss not gain.

Review - MyoFusion is the best tasting whey out there, I just finished my tub of Milk Chocolate…I just ordered Chocolate Peanut Butter cause it sounds amazing!

Hello guys! Excellent product, but I have a quick question: If someone uses it as a post-workout, should he eat a normal meal 45′-1 hour after, or Myofusion “replaces” that meal too? If yes, isn’t 25gr of protein too little intake for 3 hours post-workout? Thanks in advance!

    Hey guys,
I’ve been using supplements for about a year and a half now, and as the months go by my knowledge increases. I’ve been using Myofusion for about four months.n To all of the newbies that go into a GNC and listen to the people that know nothing about their job, I’ll make it simple. Whey protein is a protein that gets into your muscles fast, usually used as a pre and post workout. Casein protein is a slow acting protein which is used mostly for those times you will not be eating for a while, usually before bed. Egg protein is the best form of protein that is found so far, so whenever you find a protein that has it in their ingredients take it into consideration. This protein contains about 25G of protein. Have some crackers that contain about 7 or 8 grams of protein, and you’re solid. Don’t waste your money on very expensive proteins with like 50 to 65 grams, because the majority of that stuff is useless your body can only take it about 30-35 grams of protein at once so the rest of that crap is going to be converted to fat or either pooped out. Stick to myofusion, its a good, cheap, quality protein that has everything that you need to acieve your goals, with not too much, not too little.
