		<description>I AM 69 YRS. OLD, &#38; I WORK OUT VERY HARD. SEVERAL SETS OF CRUNCHES PER DAY ( 100 PER SET ) TOTALLING A 1,000 TO 2000 OR MORE.  SEVERAL SETS OF PUSHUPS AT LEAST A 110 PER SET TOTALLING "AT LEAST"  1,100 PER DAY..  MANY, MANY,  CURLS,  ETC. ETC.    I HAD A BUNCH OF HEART TESTS DONE BY A CARDIOLOGIST ON ME LAST MONTH.  I TOLD HIM HOW I WORKED OUT &#38; ASKED HIM IF IT WAS O. K.   HE SAID IT WAS.  HE DID SAY THAT MY HEART WAS MODERATELY ENLARGED.  MY QUESTION IS;  BECAUSE CREATINE ENLARGES MUSCLES &#38; MY HEART IS A MUSCLE,  WILL IT ALSO ENLARGE MY HEART EVEN MORE?   (  FOR THAT MATTER;  WILL IT EVEN TEND TO MAKE ANYONES HEART TO BE MORE  ENLARGED BY USING IT? )  I FULLY ENTEND TO USE IT ANYWAY;  BUT I WOULD LIKE TO GET YOUR OPINION.  P. S.    I USED TO POWER LIFT WHEN I WAS YOUNGER  &#38; HAD NO PROBLEM LIFTING VARIOUS FULL SIZE CARS. ( HAVE HAD SOME INJURIES DUE TO THIS THOUGH. ) RUPTURED BICEPT TENDONS,  ETC. I NEVER HAD ANY SURGURIES OR REPAIRS FOR ANY OF MY INJURIES. I OVERCAME THE INGURIES BY EXERCISING. I'M STRONGER NOW THAN I EVER WAS, BUT I NO LONGER ATTEMPT POWER LIFTING ANYMORE.  I JUST WANT TO GET MORE DEFINITION &#38; LARGER MUSCLES WITHOUT HAVING TO LIFT THAT HEAVY. IT' BEEN A LONG HARD TRIP GETTING  BACK TO WHERE I WAS, &#38; FROM WHAT I'VE HEARD ABOUT CREATINE I'M THINKING THIS IS THE BEST WAY FOR ME ACCOMPLISH MY GOALS IN THE SHORTEST TIME.  ( ALSO EASIER. )   MY METHOD NOW IS MANY, MANY REPETIONS OF VARIOUS EXERCISES.   THANKS, RALPH</description>
