		<description>Do you think you could lead me to a section (if it exists yet) where you post a sample diet and sample supplement schedule. I have looked at your top 7 supplements and I want to incorporate this into a diet and exercise plan. It would be helpful if all of this, including the timing and amount of supplements. I know that this will vary from person to person and strength levels, but could be helpful to those of us newer to taking supplements. Overall, I love the website and there is a lot of helpful info here! Keep up the good work.
