It seems I'm not the only one fighting to get some pounds.
Basically I'm doing it to get to another weight category in boxing (heavier) so it is vital for me.

To encourage you folks that struggle for mass too I'd like to proudly declare I gained 18lbs in 9 months of hell hard training , my problem is that I must preserve and even improve velocity and stamina as well...

I had to eat really more than usual and avoid ALL candy style sugars , have a protein supplementation with a mix of whey and 90 protein 2 or 3 times a day according to the harshness of training but always within the recommended ratio margin.

Since my training went up to 3 or 4 hours a day , I had to compensate other losses as minerals ( magnesium particularly ) and help my body deal with fatigue accumulation and possible unwanted cardio-vascular effects with a daily omega 3 supplement.

The last time I drank a coca-cola is more than 10 months ago and my diet is composed almost exclusively of spaghetti and fish ( fish releases far less toxins than meat and this helps for an optimal rest ).
My fat ratio is between 5 and 7% of body mass ( allowed up to 10% max ).

Well , I must confess this has been some sort of hell for me but I have a goal and this helps me not to fall again in the pizza/tv/candy/soda way of life I led before , seeing the results of such a "sacrifice" I'm going on!!!

To conclude , I'd mention that the hardest part for us skinnies is to find the suitable training intensity and then provide the adequate rest periods , once the equation is balanced , you'll see your body grow slowly for sure but radically!

Im a good sprinter but mass is little to compete with most of the athlete in long distance. Plz suggest a good stack or supplement.</description>
