Supplements are much more important for skinny guys (ectomorphs) because their genetics make it harder for them to build muscle, hence the term “hard gainer”.     Seeing as I saw you recommend Optimum 100% Whey, have you had any experience with their Brand of Weightgainer?

    The only protein powder i’ve tried is their gold standard 100%, but being an Ectomorph it didn;t hjave the calroies I need to bulk up!

    So comparisons between ON Pro Complex Gainer, and Prolab N-Large II, BSN Truemass & CytoSport CytoGainer?

    From what I can see the Gainers all have the BCAAs, Whey, and Glutamine, and Dextrose. So I can add Creatine to them to really bulk up?

    and can a weight gain supplement act as a post workout / on waking (to stop Carbolic reaction) drink? (i.e. is it fast acting enough..) Thanks!
