    Seeing as I saw you recommend Optimum 100% Whey, have you had any experience with their Brand of Weightgainer?

    The only protein powder i’ve tried is their gold standard 100%, but being an Ectomorph it didn;t hjave the calroies I need to bulk up!

    So comparisons between ON Pro Complex Gainer, and Prolab N-Large II, BSN Truemass & CytoSport CytoGainer?

    From what I can see the Gainers all have the BCAAs, Whey, and Glutamine, and Dextrose. So I can add Creatine to them to really bulk up?

    and can a weight gain supplement act as a post workout / on waking (to stop Carbolic reaction) drink? (i.e. is it fast acting enough..) Thanks!

    Hi, Im still ecto. I mean it took 9 months for me to increase just 2 kgs. I tried 100% whey, n Cellmass by BSN. But I found creatine best that increased by weight. 100% seems to be a wastage 4 me. I go 2 gym 3 days/week. My stamina has increased n got some cuts on the muscle with little mass in the body. Im a good sprinter but mass is little to compete with most of the athlete in long distance. Plz suggest a good stack or supplement.

    try maximuscle progain, i’ve found it works the best, just two scoops after a workout, it’s a bit pricey but it does a good job

    Hiya iam 6 foot 4 weigh 12 stone. Serious about putting muscle on and have bought Creatine. Iam yet to take it though as ive got cold feet. Iam losing my hair and a side effect alot of guys have wrote on the net that they have expereinced alot of hair loss that they dont get back when using creatine. Should i be on a Whey Protein?? My undersatnding is that is for the recovery of muscles and the toning. I have no muscles to tone! Thats why i went for creatine.
