Nitric oxide is relatively new in the supplement world, but is extremely popular amongst bodybuilders and strength trainers. Personally when I saw the first nitric oxide supplements I thought it was pure hype and nitric oxide would go away. But results have proved me wrong. There are loads of guys getting excellent results from supplementing with NO2.

So what are the best nitric oxide supplements? I have tried quite a few NO2 products over the years and I’m going to post my top 5. I still do cycle NO2 on 2 weeks on, 1 week off now. I user BSN’s No-Xplode.

Weight Gainer Pills - Don’t Waste Your Money!

It’s these type of people that the makers of weight gainer pills prey on. These unethical companies label what are essentially multivitamin pills as “weight gainer pills”. The fact is, that these weight gainer pill will not help you gain weight at all! If you want to gain weight, you should be looking at weight gain powders. Body Fortress Whey Protein Review

I usually like to stick to a product when I like it, so I have been using Optimum Nutrition whey protein for about 4 years! When my protein tub was getting low last week I thought I’d buy a small tub of Body Fortress whey to test it out and post the results up here on this blog.

Creatine is one of those supplements that most people know very little about, this leads to wild accusations and claims being made about it.
